Aye. Was downloading when I made the post, thanks.

I'm going to look up bus passes and the likes. Unable to drive until late next year, and I'll still most probably use public transport even then. Advertising wise, I'm not aware if there is anything more I can do than local newsagents and the local paper. I'll look into the Yellow Pages and what not.

I'll give the 3 sets of projections a go. Do you think I was being too optimistic about the previous figures I listed? Really haven't a clue how many offers I'd be getting a week at the moment..

I like your idea and would certainly have a few clients for you at that price. I think the best way for you to generate business is by viral advertising.

Word of mouth would be your best bet - as long as you keep your prices reasonable and your service is good and as promised then I see no reason why clients wouldnt recommend you to their friends.

It is a big problem, I know several people whose computer runs really slow and would definatley benefit from your service.

The best thing to do would be to find out if any family members and their friends have this issue and maybe complete the service for free.

Yes for free - pain staking I know but if you did this for say 10 people and they all recommended you to 3 people each then thats 30 paying clients.

Also try approaching small businesses and offering your services at a discounted rate.

Hope this helps!!!
