Wow Jason, thats a major overhaul!
It actually looks more like a big league printing company website rather than small "consultant" type operation as it used to, but in a way that strength is also a weakness.
My thoughts are...
- It is a bit clinical - lacks a personal touch
- It isnt obvious which of a myriad of options to click next.
- The "why you" doesnt jump out! It seems to me what you have to offer is the step by step guiding them through...
So maybe a (literal) dialogue box to engage them.
"Can we help?"
with an option choice clicking leading to further options:
"Are you an experienced print buyer
"Do you want us to help you through?
( a bit of a questionairre by the back door...leading to the right pages..)
Or just a face online chat saying can we help? whatever...
