I also think the background color doesn't fit with the menus and the white there.

You can make it alot better if you ask me, first you need to change the menus and make a special logo for your business - consider investing some $ on a good logo.
I like the unique look of the website, it's relaxed and easy to navigate.
I would have to disagree with country dating about the black background; I think it does the job quite nicely.
I would only suggest you add a copyright notice at the bottom, it isn't required but it certainly makes it look more professional.
