No it is not true. Additionally, I am more than happy, to talk you through each stage as you need to do it.

What can I expect in the way of paper work?

I appreciate your help. Cheers
Hi Smithers

Why don't you develop a checklist? That way you know exactly what you have accomplished and what tasks are still outstanding.

Also, If you are thinking of doing the accounting yourself, you could create a simple spreadsheet to record all your outgoing and incoming. (It can also calculate the vat on each recording)

If you prefer for an accountant to do it for you, all you have to do is to just set up a monthly fee with them and they will take care of the rest, leaving you time to work on your business instead of in it.

To your success
Claudia

Claudia, thanks for the advice.

I'm going to make my company dormant for the time being until I am ready to launch the business which I think will be this summer when I get more time off from my studying.

I will most certainly do a check list as there are a few things that I need to do before I start.

Thanks so much!
