Talking of the FTSE 100 page:

You may occasionally notice it fails with a load of asp.net debug information. This is because I have currently disabled the error checking and caching to try and monitor the reliability of the Yahoo data feed in order to try and optimise the way the prices are updated.

I'm stupidly excited about this - it appeals to the closet gambler in me (and my bank balance, of couse, which is mightily relieved at me spending virtual money for once )

Can I propose that the current Mr/Mrs Moneybags at the end of trading on Friday nights is the one who has to get the drinks in at the FBF bar? <nothing to do with the likelihood of that person ever being me, oh no >
