I have used them several times in the past for reasonably large print runs and was very pleased with the result.

but i phoned them the other week to ask for a re-run, (you know, something nice and easy that will cause them little effort yet still able to charge the same as a new customer) but the arrogant a******e on the end of the phone couldn't have been less interested if he tried. The way he spoke to me, you would think i had asked him to walk bare foot to my house and re-create the print in his own blood!

Well the upshot was he went away saying he would have to dig out an old sample and get back to me..... that call never came (surprise surprise), so now i'd prefer to give this little job to someone who wants it, then if done well, they can take on my future needs too.

I would never give a bad review based on something going wrong, slow delivery for example, or a general error as i realise these things happen. Ive made mistakes with customers and things have gone wrong, so i know what its like and i'm never out to criticise just for the sake of it.

But theres just no excuse for rudeness and basically ignoring customers. if they dont want the business, all they have to say is 'sorry, cant help you.'

doesnt matter though, im sure others get good service from them and their printing was very good quality. I just wont use them again.
