Neither of these are what you mentioned but if you can and know how to use them, go for a Mac.

For Windows laptops, Dell have been incredibly reliable for us.

You normally get very good value for money with Acer in terms of the hardware that you get. I have never used Asus unfortunately.

As some other users said already, Acer would be at the lower end I guess. The advantage Asus has is that they produce many of their own parts instead of buying from different parts from different sources so their products will most likely be higher quality.
I'd go for Asus

Acer and Asus hard put the specs up and prices of both machines im aa very big fan of Acer and Asus

Acer more business style

Asus more gamer style and being able to be pushed a lot

done over 2000 laptops the laptops with the least problems Acer but when they brake they do it in style. Asus was usually because people had pushed them to far.

According to me, you should go with Dell computer. Because, it's online technical-support.igennie net are best and it's functions are very friendly, easy in use and cost effective also.

In my experience I have two Acer laptops, work like champ, but one the blue ray drive died, the other is perfect, I also have an ASUS EEEpc laptop, which is fantastic.

Not easy to choose between them really, my IBM t60 Laptop is fantastic, I need a new battery for that.

I'd for go for ACER first really, as they do seem to take a beating.

Speaking from the perspective of a business that provides IT support and often repairs computers, we see far less Asus machines than we do Acer.

Many of the reasons are mentioned already, but the build quality and components in Asus are higher.

I know where I would put my money, also you'd be surprised by how many Macs have hardware problems, its comparable to most other mid-range PC brands, so do be fooled by the clever marketing that Apple use to give the impression that they are immortal, it's not true, we see plenty of them in for repair.

I'd go with an Asus. Have used it for ages, completely satisfied!
