I think without seeing the images, which can make or break a promotional leaflet that is quite hard to answer. With just the text it reads as rather repetitive.

As to whether leaflets themselves work, that is a whole different kettle of fish (and not one I am sure if you are asking about or not?).

Agree with IP re images.

I also think regardless of the images you want to cut the text right down. This is not an area I personally am good at(!) but for a leaflet to work you need to get the key points over in literally 5 seconds.

If you have clever images and a big headline, most people will see/read at least those bits. If you have half a dozen paragraphs of small font text, many people won't even read the first line.

Could you perhaps reduce it to:

Extra salary expenses
Direct financial loss
Repair costs
Business closure

I like the main image (what male wouldn't), think you should try to get more white space on the right hand side. Same applies to the left hand side of page 2. The correlation tends to be that the more text there is, the less text people read. Your eyes just see a wall of text and think "That doesn't look much fun".

Also, two little things:

Do you need to put "TM" after every time you write "BusinessSecure"? It doesn't particularly impress me and I imagine most people will feel the same way.

"Priority Alert Service*" - can't find the * elsewhere which presumably contains some kind of small print. If I got this and read the whole thing this would annoy me, I'd be thinking "ooh, there's some catch somewhere, but I can't find it".

I don't often just say but totally agree with what Maslins has said.

I think these things can be very hard to see how they appear to someone unconnected with it. Even reviewing it (like we are hear) you tend to read it perhaps more than the average customer will.

Personally I think you need to bullet point the risks and send them to your website to find out more, people tend to absorb as much info as they want within seconds of looking at a leaflet. If it grabs their attention they will want to read more (so hopefully go to your site), but if they don't understand the message quickly they will move on to the next leaflet / letter etc

If you were sending it to purely businesses I would be tempted to go with something far more simple and hard hitting like....

Oh Sh*t!

*Image of man crying on his keyboard*

"Do you know how easily your business computers could be hacked?"

Don't risk your business. Act NOW

Web address / Phone number.

...then perhaps a page with a bit more detail on.

Hi. Agree with all of the above. You need an image that evokes a reaction straightaway. You current image, although pleasant, isn't strong enough as the girl is holding a business card - what's that got to do with anything? The strongest image you have is the lock and '@' symbol.
The white background will feel and look cheap once printed as paper stock is rarely brilliant white and will look grubby.
'BusinessSecure' really needs to be a logo as does 'Business Network Security' in order to reassure the quality and reputation of the company. Presumably IT security is a serious and lucrative market and so the design of your leaflet needs to reflect that.
Re. the back of the leaflet, there is too much text and it is too large and from a design point of view, it is too close to the edges and doesn't have enough 'grabs' to help you wade through the copy. (Boldening or use of bullet points would really help.)
Colour would also be good to use, possibly using the same blue from the front.
Hope that helps.
