Default More Royal Mail Strikes!!! (But less for now!)

Royal Mail staff of the CWU are going on strike next week to 'protest against modernisation' ffs!

The strikes will start in London next Wednesday, with Distribution staff joining in on Thursday and mail centre staff walking out on Friday.

Bring back Maggie, plenty of unemployed people out there that want to work at the moment!

That's going to win them public sympathy… the majority of the UK worrying about their jobs and they can afford to sit back and go on strike - if they don't want their job then I know a few people at the moment who would happily take their job for half the wages they are being paid

I'm fed up with Trade Unions trying to earn their wages, filling all those employee's with bullsh8.

Glad i'm away to Spain in the morning.

Heard that from a friend who asked his postman, and said that the Government had backed down, seems no one knows what's going on down there

Yes fair enough if the pay is naff then moan about it and see what you can do, but in a time where people are losing jobs left right and center, and then left again, they have no right and no moral grounds to complain about anything because they actually HAVE a job!

I'm lucky that most of my trade is done online with digital downloads, but for businesses and people who rely on the post, this will really wind them up.

What about the millions of people sending CV's to businesses and asking for job interviews, is it fair that their letters are not delivered?

Looks like the strike is still going ahead. I just had an email from Royal Mail to say that I might not get my business collection on Wednesday. Although it might be just London again, I think there are strikes in different parts of London on Thur/Fri.

Some it looks great step for labors but some time it seems like fake and there is no base to strike against companies.
