Exclamation New customers & increasing repeat business - your opinion needed!

Hello everybody,

I've been lurking here for a while but now decided to join and hopefully become a bit more active member...

Anyway, we are currently working on a service proposition which will be launched later this year. The service is tailored to small and medium businesses and will suit businesses operating in virtually any market and niche. In a nutshell, it can be described as advanced & off-the-shelf loyalty programme. If you are a B2C business owner, you could imagine it as a shift from “collect 9 stamps on our paper loyalty card and get the 10th coffee or cake for free” to “collect points & get rewarded in our loyalty programme” – similarly to what only large organizations can afford to run. It will allow small businesses - which have obvious marketing budget constraints and limited knowledge & expertise in this area – to better connect with local consumers, namely to reach new customers living in their neighbourhood and increase sales to existing ones by using a whole range of marketing tools and data & customer intelligence which are beyond their reach otherwise.

I'd be very grateful if you could spend around 10-15 minutes of your time to answer a few questions in our questionnaire. All responses will be used for the purpose of market evaluation only and no details will be shared with any third party.

Initially, the service will be launched on a trial basis, without any cost or obligation from the participating triallists required. As a "thank you" for spending time on filling in the questionnaire, we'll offer you a place in the initial trial, if you are interested obviously – so please indicate you interest in the relevant comment box at the end.

Thank you for your time and hopefully participation - feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions or wish to get more information.

Regards,
Sharon

The link is a bit broken, aaah a penalty for being a new member...
The link should include "Q" at the end, without the space between "M" & "Q"...
