Default Need to increase sales....

As some of you know the bricks and mortar shop is not doing brilliantly so I am looking to increase sales through the website.

Currently we are averaging £1600 a month turnover through the site. My initial goal....(see Troy I do read your posts) is to increase this to £5k per month.

Over the last two months I have averaged 3850 visitors a month and this seems to be increasing. I have had no work done on the site, all seo etc has been done by me. That said I now have OWG on board and he is helping to sort my links out.

I do not market the site in any other way, no advertising, no adwords, I do not even send emails to my existing customers (awaiting MR Admagics boots to land on me from a great height )

Order values are typically low, between £10 - £50

As always, money is tight so looking for suggestions as to what needs to be done to achieve my goal for the least amount of layout.

How would you spend your time and money if you were me - obviously none of you will ever be that lucky so you will just have to use your imagination -

All thoughts appreciated

I would Concentrate on getting existing visitors to spend more.

Then your quickest, cheapest way to increase sales, is to expand that range!

Newsletters are a must Chubs send one now!!!!! The last one I did got some response so as your products are suited to your sustomers I bet you get loads of sales.

Agree with the expanding your product range, the more products you have on there the more choice, the more links, the more visitors, the more customers etc etc

Not touting for business and I know how you hate not being in control but if you need a hand/quote yell at me
