That's an interesting technique- thanks for that
It's kind of like an activity that I was trained to do while studying psychology- to, every night before bed, make a list of 5 good things that have happened that day, no matter how big or small. That one's for general happiness/ positivity, rather than specific to sleep, but the same kind of concept.
