What is an intra-Community supply?

An assignment is within the EU when made by a VAT taxable person resident in one EU member state to a VAT taxable person resident in another Member State.
Intra-Community operators are required to complete and send regularly to ammnistrazione own national tax summary lists of supplies within the Community.
